Temelji na predpostavki, da na\u0161e misli, ob\u010dutki in vedenje tesno vplivajo drug na drugega. Spreminjanje nefunkcionalnih vzorcev razmi\u0161ljanja in vedenja lahko vodi do ob\u010dutnega izbolj\u0161anja du\u0161evnega zdravja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Osrednji del procesa je prepoznavanje negativnih ali iracionalnih miselnih vzorcev, ki posameznika ovirajo pri u\u010dinkovitem soo\u010danju z \u017eivljenjskimi izzivi.
