Pomaga Nam razumeti, kako na\u0161e interpretacije delovnih situacij vplivajo na raven stresa, ki ga ob\u010dutimo. Z ustreznimi tehnikami se lahko nau\u010dimo bolje obvladovati zahtevne situacije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>KV modaliteta nas u\u010di prepoznavati in spreminjati nerealisti\u010dna pri\u010dakovanja in perfekcionisti\u010dne te\u017enje, ki pogosto pove\u010dujejo stres. Nau\u010dimo se postavljati realne cilje in prioritete ter razvijati bolj uravnote\u017een odnos do dela. Pomembno je tudi, da se nau\u010dimo prepoznavati svoje meje in jih ustrezno komunicirati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V okviru sre\u010danj se nau\u010dimo razli\u010dnih tehnik za obvladovanje stresa, kot so dihalne vaje, progresivna mi\u0161i\u010dna relaksacija in \u010duje\u010dnost. Te tehnike lahko uporabljamo med delovnim \u010dasom za hitro zmanj\u0161anje napetosti. Pomembno je tudi, da razvijemo zdrave navade glede odmora, po\u010ditka in usklajevanja poklicnega ter zasebnega \u017eivljenja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Pomaga tudi pri izbolj\u0161anju komunikacije in odnosov s sodelavci. Nau\u010dimo se asertivnega komuniciranja, postavljanja meja in konstruktivnega re\u0161evanja konfliktov. Te ve\u0161\u010dine so klju\u010dne za ustvarjanje bolj podpornega in manj stresnega delovnega okolja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Redna uporaba KV tehnik lahko privede do dolgotrajnega zmanj\u0161anja stresa na delovnem mestu.
