Kognitivno-vedenjska modaliteta se je izkazala kot ena najuspe\u0161nej\u0161ih metod pri premagovanju tesnoben. Ta pristop temelji na razumevanju povezav med na\u0161imi mislimi, \u010dustvi in vedenjem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> U\u010di nas prepoznavati negativne miselne vzorce, ki pogosto vodijo v tesnobo. Svetovalec nam pomaga identificirati tako imenovane &#8220;miselne pasti&#8221;, kot so katastrofi\u010dno razmi\u0161ljanje, \u010drno-belo gledanje ali pretirana posplo\u0161itev. Ko se teh vzorcev zavemo, jih lahko za\u010dnemo aktivno spreminjati in nadome\u0161\u010dati z bolj realisti\u010dnimi interpretacijami situacij.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pomemben del modalitete pri zdravljenju tesnobe je postopno izpostavljanje situacijam, ki v nas vzbujajo strah ( npr. fobije). Svetovalec nas vodi skozi ta proces s pomo\u010djo razli\u010dnih tehnik spro\u0161\u010danja in dihanja. Postopoma se nau\u010dimo, da lahko obvladujemo tesnobo in da situacije, ki so nas prej prestra\u0161ile, niso tako nevarne, kot smo si predstavljali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V procesu  se nau\u010dimo tudi prakti\u010dnih ve\u0161\u010din za vsakdanje \u017eivljenje. To vklju\u010duje tehnike \u010duje\u010dnosti, na\u010drtovanje prijetnih aktivnosti in postavljanje dosegljivih ciljev. Vse te strategije nam pomagajo zgraditi bolj pozitiven odnos do \u017eivljenja in zmanj\u0161ati splo\u0161no raven tesnobe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S pomo\u010djo KV modalitete lahko dose\u017eemo dolgotrajne pozitivne spremembe v na\u0161em po\u010dutju in vedenju. Raziskave ka\u017eejo, da ve\u010dina ljudi, ki opravi celoten cikel, ob\u010duti pomembno izbolj\u0161anje simptomov tesnobe.
